Vegan MoFo: Out of the oven and into my belly.

I promise I'll try and eat something more exciting later this week (Chow Vegan... I'm thinking of your meat loaves!) The end of the week (and middle) I am usually so drained. I still haven't gotten used to my new job cycle. AND it's getting dark at fuggin' 7:00... what's that about. Depressing.

Some sweet tater fries and roasted broccoflower cheered me up. I've had 2 huge sweet potatoes over the course of a day. And I'm not ashamed.

Here's the latest Vegan 100 I got from Bazu!:

2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out or italicize any items that you would never consider eating.
